We have been visiting Dr. Sailee since 2018, and she has been someone we have trusted with our pets’ health and well-being over the years.

Currently, she is treating our baby Lola for a skin condition, and we have been extremely happy with her care. Her online consultations have been wonderful. She takes the time to understand Lola’s condition, patiently addresses our concerns, and guides us through the treatment with so much care and attention. Most importantly, Lola has been responding very well to the treatment, which has given us great reassurance.

I’m so grateful to Dr Sailee Walavalkar for helping Buzo when we were really worried about him. I live in the UK, while Buzo stays with my dad in India, in a remote village where it’s not easy to access a vet. Being so far away from Buzo has always been a worry for me, especially knowing that if something happened to him, getting proper veterinary help quickly could be difficult. Recently, Buzo suddenly became very unwell. He was keeping his head tilted to one side, wasn’t eating or drinking, and had become so weak that he couldn’t even walk or climb properly. This was completely unlike him. He is normally full of energy, running around for no reason and practically gulping down his food! We were really scared because we didn’t know what was wrong. Through the online consultation, Dr Sailee carefully went through his symptoms and helped us understand that he had an ear infection. She explained everything so patiently and guided my dad on what to do. Thankfully, Buzo is so much better now. He has started eating and drinking again, his energy is coming back, and he is getting back to his usual self. Seeing him running around and behaving like Buzo again has honestly been such a relief. For me, being able to get veterinary advice from the UK while Buzo was with my dad in a remote village was incredibly reassuring. Dr Sailee’s consultation meant that Buzo could get the right guidance when we really needed it, despite the lack of easy access to a local vet. I’m genuinely thankful to Dr Sailee for her patience, kindness and for helping our little Buzo get better.
